Simon Rimmer's Pancake Day recipes with Whole Earth Drizzler

SIMON RIMMER’S PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CHEESECAKE PANCAKE

Ingredients:

- Your favourite type of pancake – we’re using crepes so you can easily roll and fill 

- Sliced Bananas

- A few generous tablespoons of yoghurt – we’re using Greek style, but you can experiment with different flavours 

- Cream Cheese – added to the yoghurt to your preferred creamy  taste and texture

- Blueberries 

- Flaked Coconut 

- Whole Earth Drizzler Peanut Butter

Method: 

- Lay your pancake flat

- Combine cream cheese and yoghurt to your preferred cheesecake taste 

- Add sliced banana into the cheesecake mix and gently stir 

- Generously pop the mixture in a line down the centre of your delicious pancake  

- Roll up the pancake

- Garnish with some beautiful blueberries and flaked coconuts

- Then it’s time to drizzle peanut butter all over your pancakes!

Ingredients: 

- Your favourite type of pancake – we’re using crepes so you can easily roll and fill

- Coconut and vanilla yoghurt for creaminess (vegan or non-vegan) 

- A handful of sliced Strawberries 1-2 tablespoons of your favourite strawberry jam  

- Lemon or Orange Zest

- Whole Earth Drizzler Peanut Butter 

Method:

- Lay your pancake flat  

- Combine the sliced strawberries with jam and add a pinch of lemon or orange zest

- Generously spread the yoghurt down the centre of the pancake 

- Layer your strawberry jam mixture on top

- Roll the pancake

- Garnish with fresh strawberry slices  

- Then it’s time to drizzle peanut butter all over your pancakes!
