Clipper Teas has launched its new ‘Super Greens’ range – containing vitamin C sourced entirely from natural ingredients.
Helping your body stay healthy the natural way, the new range is made using superfood acerola, a cherry-like fruit known for providing a natural source of vitamin C, which not only helps contribute to a healthy metabolism but helps support the normal function of the immune system.
Each tea bag, made from plant-based, biodegradable, unbleached and non-GM materials, contains at least 15 per cent of your daily recommended vitamin C intake, (12mg).
The new organic and Fairtrade certified range comes in two delicious flavour combinations – bringing the brand’s signature great taste together with all-natural ingredients to help revive and defend.
Clipper’s new Super Greens range feeds continued consumer interest in products that contain functional ingredients which support better health, including on-trend items such as matcha.
The range also builds on Clipper’s best-selling Green Tea range, which has continued to out-perform other brands in the segment in 2022 – with a repeat rate of 34.8%[1] among consumers.
The two new SKUs retail at £2.50 (RRP) for a pack of 20 teabags and will be available to buy from Health Food Trade stores across the UK from 28th June.
As the UK’s fastest growing green tea brand, Clipper is perfectly positioned to deliver exciting new flavour combinations that appeal to health-conscious consumers. Following the pandemic, products that provide immune-boosting properties are at the forefront of consumers’ minds. Our functional teas perform for those are conscious about their health, tapping into the wellness trend while also catering to those new to the category with fresh and delicious taste profiles. They’re also 100% natural and organic – making it better for you and the planet.Bryan Martins, Clipper marketing director at Ecotone UK
The launch comes following the rollout of Clipper’s 2022 brand campaign which called on consumers to ‘Make it Better’ – especially when it comes to tea.
